![]() ![]() Finally we went to Pavilion only to stand in line. Sat in parking lot with some not too savory folks. The venue really needs to address the parking, traffic, and logistics issues. Four exits had been opened, but no one knew that so everyone was in one line that was barely moving. ![]() The worst, however, was the traffic nightmare after the event. Also, since I had my ticket in hand and an arm band, and there was security at multiple entrances, I do not understand why I had to walk all the way around the seating area to get to my seat and could not just use the closest entrance. If the handicapped parking area was behind the stage and the VIP parking area was where the handicapped parking area was located, it would have made much more sense. I am not handicapped, but in my opinion the handicapped parking area was way too far from the entrance. The problems with this venue are parking, traffic and logistics. I was in the front row so had a great view of the stage. The venue itself is good for a music festival or concert. Never returning to this venue.even if we decided to get seated tickets to remove ourselves from the mosh-pit lawn area, we wouldn't want to have to run the gauntlet of the parking lot. NO security for us to even make a report to. The woman grabbed me by the neck and cut me with her nails or ring.people threw open beer cans and water bottles (I got nailed with a full water bottle right in the back) and were just super obnoxious. My small group (2 couples) found a quiet area to stand in the lawn area near the fence, only for us to then be pushed and shoved on multiple occasions by another couple who were visibly drunk or high. We later saw him in line in the actual venue, waiting to get more beer. We were almost thrown up on when in line to have our tickets checked.a man threw up all over himself and then just stood there blocking the line. It was appalling, and there seemed to be NO security. This venue was definitely not planned thoroughly.the logistics of getting up to the concert area were lengthy, not to mention the disgusting site of the parking lot tailgating - I enjoy tailgating myself but this was over the top.people openly urinating and vomiting, just in our walk from the bus drop off lot up to the Pavilion. If you leave a show after the last song expect it to take 2 hours to leave from starting the walk to the point you leave the venue area. Then we still had to drive down the hill. The exit was already backed up and we didn't leave the lot until 12:30. We started to walk out of the venue at 11:00 and got in our car by 11:25. Capacity is 16,000 but I would guess there were around 13,000 people at the show. The biggest problem was leaving the venue. The projection screens for the lawn area were off. With projectors she could have at least seen what was going on. My wife missed half the show with people taller than us in front of her. So if you are short or the performer walks down to the floor (This happened a bit) you don't see anything. The venue doesn't have any projector screens around the main stage. The acoustics and speak quality were very bad. If I send someone a picture of my ticket they could have used it because security wasn't using any scanning device. No one was really looking at tickets so anyone could walk into the seated area. ![]() Once we arrived at the gate people were flowing in well. The VIP lot is closer but everyone else has a long walk to the venue. Took about 15 minutes to park and another 10-15 min walk from the car to the venue. We showed up around 4:00 and the line of cars already was backed up (There is only 1 way in and out for this venue). Doors opened at 4pm with the first of 5 banks playing at 5pm. ![]() Drove in from NY to see Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle and 3 Days Grace on 8/10/19. First and last time I buy concert tickets for this venue. ![]()
